A male or female? The age of majority for men in 1918 was 21 , but for women it was 30. There were a few exceptions.

Equal Sufferage for both sexes didn't start until 1928.

There are no census' online after the 1911 at the moment, nor are all electoral rolls ( some areas eg London are, up to the 1960s)

Most electoral rolls can be searched at the relevant large library but you need address for that rather than name.

if it's recent there are electoral rolls on here.
