Sunny and warm here for now, am off to the posh wash to take me duvet, then to pick a bit of shopping up as Prince is staying for tea after school...Princess is off to a party so have to quick change her after school.

hello all :-D I was up very early this morning for a shaming reason :-( I had the Council pest exterminator here at 9:00 am to rid the house of fleas from my pussums!!! The shame of it all - thankfully he was in a plain white van :-D I then had to be out of the house for at least three hours - am now back home to hopefully a flea free house :-D :-D keep this under your hat - I don't want people knowing!!

One good thing though, I mustn't vacuum for two weeks - oh joy :-D :-D :-D

Lovely mild day here, just back from
visiting my son and DIL :-D :-D

I thought you were going to say you had peed the bed Ann :-D :-D :-D ;-)

when we first moved here we decided to push the boat out and buy a rather expensive all wool carpet for our lounge diner. After a couple of years I noticed bits on the floor that looked like shavings. This went on for a while round the walls and cabinets. One day I put some of these things onto some white paper and used my magnifying glass. They were bleddy moving. I was in panic mode and rang the council for help.

It was Carpet Moth and guess what...... they absolutely love all wool carpets. Well they certainly loved mine as they ate quite a lot of it.

When I was buying my new carpet I was told they don't like the wool mixture I chose thank goodness :-0 :-0 :-0
