After downloading IOS 9 to iPad I have been unable
to put photos on my avatar.
Although it does say that photo has been downloaded
it does not show.
Appreciate some help, thank you.

Try a different photo. It may be that the photo you want to use it too big or the wrong format. Test it by trying a different one.

Have tried that Guinevere but it's just not happening.

Can't understand it had no problems when I downloaded
other IOS.

Narrow down the possibilities...

are you able to upload a picture to another site?

Make sure the picture is a jpeg.

Thanks Guinevere for your time.

I went into my phone ..OH idea.. and put
GR on it.
It uploaded a photo and as I was going to save
it disappeared.

Will try support.

do you mean your avatar on GR? I have found it will only accept jpg format.

Try to upload the exact same (ie identical, same file copied over) picture on your computer/laptop - in other words something that is not Mac based

iOS is Mac, Mac is iOS
Apple.
Every iPhone, iPod, iPad etc etc is a Mac product.

See what you can do and then getting back to me is fine.
If your laptop has a different OS (ie Windows or Linux) then you may find that it works.
I haven't tested iOS9 yet so not sure whether there is a problem with that OS.
