Hi **Ann** <3 how's it going for you this morning <3 ;-) have a good day and enjoy what you will be doing once you've finished the ironing ;-) I am fine and thanks for asking <3 I have a type of acid reflux related to my diabetes and my doctor changed the medication I was on for this as the one I was on could cause complications with a new heart pill he has put me on and he told me that it would take a few days before the new acid reflux med kicked in :-) hence the upset tummy ;-) so I am just taking things in my stride until it does ;-)

Here in my corner of Kent it's raining cats and dogs at the moment :-( and the forecast is that although there will be the odd bright spell now and then :-) it will mainly be a day of heavy showers :-( some prolonged with the chance of hail and thunder at times :-( and feeling noticeably cooler today with temperatures not expected to rise much above 55°F :-(

So wherever you are and whatever you will be doing today ;-) stay dry :-) take care :-) enjoy your day ;-) and don't forget to smile -)

And remember that you can clutch the past so tightly to your chest ;-) that it leaves your arms too full to embrace the present ;-)
