If you want a blank chart to fill in by hand then I think those at this site are great:-

They can also print off your tree for you if you have it on a family history software programme.

There are different versions of the Bowtie Chart. Some gives a space for your spouse/father of your children above or below your own (maiden) name.

If you're writing out your tree, then he is part of it. As you are the 'root' it won't interfere with your own ancestors.

I am confused,

Just purchased a Bowtie pedigree chart and I am starting to fill in my ancestors names etc . directions say that the middle part is for my close family with space at the bottom for MY children, Do I put my husbands name in beside mine , if I do that won't that mess up my fathers ancestors, Directions given are fathers to the left and mothers ancestry to the right, Help!!!!!
