Beep Beep ;-) I'm back :-) having received my usual hauling over the coals about my cigarettes and my liking for my weekly knickerbocker glory :-D joking aside my blood test shows that my potassium and calcium levels are a bit out of kilter so he wants me to have another blood test in case last test was just a fluke :-S

It is dry but chilly again this morning in my corner of Kent :-( and the forecast is for a dry and breezy day with long spells of sunshine :-) and although a bit on the cool side ;-) it should be quite pleasant in the sunshine :-) with the temperature hovering around 62°F :-)
