Do any of you use up odd bits of spare time doing something fun/productive like if you have 15/20 minutes on a bus?

Hello Gwynne :-) or should I say Doctor ;-) it's time to spend some time on my family tree and the winter months seem a good time to do it. Haven't been on here in ages!

I'm afraid on buses I usually just day dream....or listen to conversations :-0 long train journeys I look at houses and gardens and ponder where might be nice to live.

Don't use buses, but if it were a local one, probably people watch and take the opportunity to look over hedges and walls.

I can sit for England. Usually with an empty mind too.

Not now, but when I was doing some exams while holding down three jobs (those were the days!) I would be reading at every opportunity, bus, bath, bed.

These days, I Iike to indulge in a bit of fantasy if I can't get to sleep and have spent several millions after too much cheese too late at night.

I would of had a nice little nap :-D :-D

away from home - travelling, waiting rooms - I take my tablet with e-books in. Home - solitaire on the computer, that is usually a delaying tactic while putting off dull chores!

I think I have too much wasted time. Usually I just day dream on buses or surf. Think I need to start looking at getting most of my time. Thought I may quickly log on here for a bit to get into the habit again.

Talking of using time, I found something on the internet which reckons you can clean your house (not tidy) in 15/20 mins a day. Think I may give that a shot before work. I hate using a chunk of my weekend to clean. If I keep things tidy as I go along it should work ok ...right?
