Been in and out all day but managed to post on a few occasions.

Update on the sad event here yesterday is that it was not a suspicious death but all the same devastating for family.

I was told by OH not to speculate yesterday but Ooooh the gossip down the local is in full-on mode.

Hello from sunny Mauritius everybody :-D :-D :-D :-D <3 <3 <3 <3

We've now moved on to our last hotel, and it's a cracker - what a superb room! :-D

We're just having a lazy time for the last few days, as we are now feeling pretty tired. This morning's excursion was an uphill trek :-0 At 8.30 in the morning - in this heat? Thanks but no thanks! :-D ;-)

Had a hard job finding normal food for breakfast this morning, among all the curries, stir fry with noodles and barbecued spare ribs, so we eventually settled for cereal and toast. We were longing for plain food at lunch time, so were pleased to find mussels and chips!

Homeward bound on Wednesday night.
