The birds are eating at a helluva rate whenever R
puts stuff out for them, they must be feeling the
cold too and stocking up for winter :-D

There have been lots of little birds in the garden over the last few days, but when I put food out for them in their little hanging thingies the pesky pigeons steal it all :-0 :-0

Not lucky Emma :-0 got a funeral at 12 only going cos Dad is not here to go <3 see you later :-)

Beautiful sunny day here today but. at 8.30am.... I had to scrape the ice off the car before taking my daughter to work.

Barb, I am stone-cold sober :-) at the moment.

You know how my OH stopped the pigeons from eating the crumbs we out out on his home-made bird table, he put a wire all around it leaving enough space for the little ones to get onto it but not enough space for the biggies to grab crumbs.

As for the hanging nutty things, I know not what :-S

looks like we're in for a hard winter - holly trees covered in berries and the Bewick swans have arrived at Slimbridge from Russia 25 days earlier than they ever have before
