....that finds that "judge" on strictly, the one with the name that sounds like something you would order in an Italian restaurant, really irritating. He always has to stand up and wave his arms about and shout in that cod Italian accent. It always seems to me to be "look at me everybody, this show is all about me". I will now put on my steel helmet and await your observations.

The few times I've watched it, I'd agree with you :-D

The Show is more about the Judges than the Competitors.

Blimey, I was really expecting some flak there. I must say that the dancers all seem to be putting their hearts and souls into it. In fact, I will top up my wine glass and go and join my wife watching it.

It's all part of the fun of the show, I think. :-D

Bruno is often over the top with his responses but I think it's because he is short and short men always try to get attention lol

Each judge has their own characteristic trait on the show.

Bruno is 'flamboyant'.

Len is 'Old school'.

Darcy is 'The pacifist'.

and Craig is 'The nowty one'.

It's all part of the show....and what we have come to expect over the years :-D

"Strictly" is a program of genius, pure entertainment.
Judges are supposed to each have a distinctive style which may or may not get under your skin.

ITV try as it may could never do this kind of thing properly 'cos the ads kill the story line.

I know that Bruno is flamboyant and that usually it is part of the show, but sometimes he goes too far and is rather annoying. ( well he annoys me!).

Len used to be all "old style". and looking for technique and perfection. Now he sometimes seems to praise performance more often, ignoring technique. I wondered if he was courting popularity.

Len does NOT like to be interrupted, or to hear a word of dissent from another judge or the audience. Please stick with what you believe Len, then we (and the contestants) know where we stand.

Remember Darcy's. first few weeks. - and her favourite word. " yar" ? She has improved do much! She tries to put into words the things that Bruno tries to explain by wiggling his hips and moving his arms around. Darcy in my opinion. is so much more successful than Bruno.

As for Craig! I have got used to him now. His "thing". seems to be " placement". of thumbs, hands, head, arms, feet shoulders and bottom. (have ,I left anything out?).
I didn't know anything about dancing when I started watching (series one). After all these years I've real used that Craig is right! If a little harsh.

A good mix of judges, but sometimes that B+L would tone it down, just a little.
