Anti Stress Day . ..

It's National anti stress day today.

I used to deliver stress management awareness training. There are a number of techniques to help you manage your stress.

I practice Yoga meditation, focuss on mindfulness, exercise, listen to music. The very best stress buster for me is having our little grandchildren visit, always guaranteed to make me relax and smile.

What are your stress busters?

Losing myself in a good book
watching soaps (their life is so much worse than mine!)
In the summer spending an hour in the garden.
Going for a long walk, especially in the country.

I don't really suffer stress but if I am stressed eg at the dentist, i practice yoga breathing.
