AnnG, it's really 'orrible 'ere and I've heard no fireworks at all yet.

Good afternoon all on this typically wet November 5th. I guess there won't be many fireworks round here tonight, and the bonfires won't light. No doubt any official ones are at the weekend anyway.

Sunbeam is back after a gorgeous Fish and chips with mushy peas lunch. mmmm!!!

It is getting very dark and cold and it is going to pour down shortly according to Radio Newcastle.

Afternoon Twiddeley and Chums!

Very dark, gloomy and peeing down here. Cant see to the end of the street.

I don't know if there will be any fireworks tonight around here, but we have heard them for the last two weeks.

Funny, but when I was a kid Dad always kept a few back for the next week. My birthday is exactly a week after Bonfire Night, so I always had a few sparklers to wave around.

Just been finishing Orf in the office :-(

It's dark and lashing it down here now...I hope it dries up for the firework display tonight for all the children :-(
