I am trying my best to behave myself here but ....... It's difficult but here goes.

I have not done any knitting for a few years but I used to love doing cable jumpers especially as they always looked good and kept the children warm. I still have needles, patterns and left-over wool and my Mum's needles and patterns too.

Where once I would have sat knitting, now I am out and about with hubby, cousins and friends. I still do voluntary work though and have done since I retired.

One thing I never mastered was crochet although I did try.

I'm the same with crochet, Joy :-(

My pal is willing to teach me, but I'm too used to knitting!

I don't normally knit so much, but I'm doing lots of stuff for fundraising at our village hall. I'm always going away myself :-D ;-)
