	Shouldn't you phone the police and get them to the club to ask why they are flying a distress signal? It could be an emergency. Perhaps they've run out of beer. :-S :-D

	Since you are being pedantic Magoo, was the Conservative club at sea? Thought not. It was the Union Flag then and not the Union Jack. It was a shame it was upsidedown nevertheless. One of those little picky points that makes Britain Britain.
