Ok. now that it is after midnight, I will ask a question and then go to bed. ;-)

I know that you can use CDs for storage of pictures, files etc. but they don't have a lot of space. Now can you use DVDs for the same thing or are they strictly for movies???

Yes you can.

I have loads of photos stored on DVDs. and backups of files etc.
