and if so how long was it before you felt vaguely human?

knocked out for the last two days by it ( caught from Dan who's had it 3 days longer, and bruised from coughing, why is it always just before Christmas that I get it? :-(

So far so good, but everyone around me seems to have had it, some worse than others.

I have not risked going to the docs for my flu jab yet as I feel I may come back worse than when I went in :-S

Most of my family has/ had it.

Daughter and son in law have had it twice.

OH and myself have just had sore throats and a cough.

Im in my 3rd week :-( it kinda gets better, then bam! Comes back worse,

I had it for about three weeks. At the drs for a different reason, he checked my lungs and said no chest infection , so it was safe to give me my flu jab, which he did. It made no difference to my cough or cold which has gone now and I feel I have some resistance to further bugs.

Hope you all feel better soon. I kind of hibernated for most of the 3 weeks!
