Has the RR'd lizard thread been deleted?

It does seem that GR delete anything that has been reported these days.
There was nothing wrong with that thread.
What a sorry state of affairs if anyone can report anything and it's gone.

I wonder what would happen if we each reported an OP?

Have to say that Admin seem to have taken a back seat with RR'd post/threads.

As long as they are not racialist or abusive I don't see much of a problem.

Most of us that post on Chat are adults and can make up our own mind on what we read or comment on.
As with all things there is always an exception.

I'm certainly not leaving because of someone reporting posts but because I feel the site has had its day.

I can't say that being RRd has ever stopped 'most' people posting Uzzi, if anything it's more likely to make me at least post more ;-) unless of course it is a report for a genuine reason.

I think it's a mistake to assume that there is one person reporting or that they would actually care about the board or whether anyone posts or not. In most cases I don't think it's even 'personal' as such ( though there is evidence to suggest that some people, once they have got someone's back up, will be a target ;-) )

I wouldn't be surprised though if the majority of malicious reporting comes from trolls who actually do this on all sites and never pay a penny for the privilege... you see the same 'sort' of person on other sites (eg comments on the DM, or snipers who just wait to shoot down posts on FB) and they will say black is white just to provoke. That is their raison d'etre.

The non payers can't do that here but they can press 'report' for the same effect.
