The MathPro study does not consider the political advantages of being less reliant on Russian crude. Given that EU / Russia relationships look set for a long period in the deep freeze there will be some changes and re arrangements.

Russian crude. Yes, needs to come down. We do not want Putin hinting at shoving a bung in the pipe.
Do you include or exclude Central Asia exporters? (Kazakhstan and other such places that have the goodies, are eager for hard currency and therefore developing their markets.)

Percentage-wise we import more crude attributable to Norway - but that is a stable relationship.....
