From the Help menu on the site

"How to get your copy grant and/or will.
You won’t be able to access the grant/will straight after ordering it. You will get an email confirming your order but this will not mean that your copy is ready to be downloaded.

You will get an email when it is ready to download, and this should happen within 10 working days. You will then be able to log in to the system and go to “My Wills” and save each available item to your computer. After you have logged in, the copy will be available for 31 days, so make sure that you save it before then.

If you have ordered more than one grant or will, then they may be ready to download at different times. You’ll get an email when each one is ready."

So what happens if you go to "My Wills"? nothing there?

I think there was a thread on this on one of the other boards, will see if I can find it.

David,

I have never used an online service to get a will. When needing copies of wills in the past I was fortunate to be able to travel into London to visit the Holborn office.

You found the will in the ledgers, filled in a form, handed over the form and payment - then waited for a copy to be produced.

Are you sure that a hard copy of the will is not being posted to you?

EDIT
Just looked at the GOV.UK site. When did you order it?

You’ll be able to access the wills for 31 days.

Please allow 10 working days for your documents to be made available*

Wills are provided for personal use only: you must get the relatives’ permission if you want to publish them in any way.

* Working days are classed as Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm), excluding bank holidays (England & Wales). Orders placed after 5pm will commence on the next working day
