Lyn, wasn't even looking but there they were and I couldn't resist.

Lyn, one of the other volunteers for the charity I help always does a venison casserole for people at this time of year and it has always been tasty. She uses red wine in hers.

The forests around here are abounding with muntjack deer , and they are often culled. But no, I didn't kill it myself :-0 - got it from a game dealer ;-)
