Hi Emma :-)

Just made something I saw on telly for lunch. Gave hubby a chicken portion with his. I had left-over ham.

Small pieces of ham, sliced potatoes, sliced onions, fried for a short time in a dollop of butter. Take off hob and put dollops of cream cheese and slices of Red Leicester on the top (the recipe was for some cheese I did not have) and stick in the oven until cheese has almost all melted.

Hubby said it was nice without any prompting. I thought it was nice too.
