Good afternoon All. :-)

I hope you have all had a good day so far. Pity those poor people whose homes have been flooded and those unable to get to work. Did anyone see the pub in Lancashire that had collapsed with the deluge? Someone's home and livelihood gone in a flash.

Decided to rouse myself this morning so put a load of washing in, went for coffee and put a second load of washing in before I did lunch. As we coffeed in M & S, I took a look around the sales; bought nothing there. Went into a few other shops and picked up some Christmas cushions for next year for grandchildren - only £2 each.

Weather not bad at all and extremely mild. Something woke me at about 1.30 am and I made a coffee (decaf of course) and looked at the temperature - 19.1 in the family room and the heat had been off for a couple of hours by then. I sat at the kitchen table with just a cardie slung over my jammies and wasn't cold at all. Marvellous for this time of year. :-)

Oz just popped in and straight out. I'm sure she worries too much about us. :-D
