the reports I've seen and heard seem to say it started on a balcony on the 20th floor, and then shot up one side of the building.

Dubai reporting the fire under control, about 20 minor injuries, 1 smoke inhalation, and 1 heart attack

seen the news? dreadful - massive fire in high rise building in Dubai - a residential building well on fire on many floors - please God let no one be inside
