on the main number Euro lottery.

Does any one know if that's a 'win'? The Lotto site is struggling!
...

No begging letters please. The postage would probably cost more than any payout ;-)

I see what you mean about the site - no 'Prize Breakdown', just the numbers :-(

Your prize is........'Drum Roll' .......£3.30 :-D

Lol - Thanks Maggie. At least I get my money back. Now then. What could we get for £1.30? Not even a cup of coffee :-D

I had two numbers on Wednesday and got a free lucky dip for today's lottery

GeordiePride Report 9 Jan 2016 14:38

Recently I had 3 numbers + 2 star numbers on the Euro lottery and won £35.10.
2 more numbers and I would have won £99 million. :-( :-( :-( :-(

Ann - ditto :-)
GP - the main thing is that you got your money back. If someone is counting on geting a life-changing win, they'd be sorely disappointed. The odds of that happening are horrendous.
TBH, what would you do with £99m? Its a frightening sum if you're not used to it.

Apparently you are more likely to be hit by lightening....... twice.

maggiewinchester Report 9 Jan 2016 15:43

Well, positively thinking - I've not been struck by lightning once - so this should increase my chances of winning the lottery!! :-D :-D :-D

I know I can increase my winning chances any time I like simply by buying a lottery ticket. ;-)

True Dermot.
On the other hand, if anyone really thinks they're going to win a sizeable amount, they're in cloud cuckoo land!

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 9 Jan 2016 22:40

speaking from here in cloud cuckoo land I had two tickets for tonight and only managed to get one number :-D :-D have yet to check the raffle numbers

At least you did better than us, Ann. :-D

Apparently 2 ticket holders will share £66 million. Let's hope they use it wisely. However careful they are, it's bound to 'get out'.

We got our children to sign a syndicate form. If one of our about 24 annual tickets won a sizeable amount, we'd each be entitled to a fifth tax free. All part of 'Estate planning' :-D

Not eligible for the British lottery, but won €8 & a free play on the Spanish national lottery last night.
Don´t think I´ll need a financial advisor.
