JoyLouise

JoyLouise Report 12 Jan 2016 19:54

Probably her dessert, Fly, choccie etc. :-D

For my dessert I have ...... a mincemeat sandwich, from one of the jars I bought for ten pence. Just finishing it as I write.

Try one Fly. You have to have a lot of butter on your bread as well. I like mincemeat butties better than mince pies so 10 pence a jar was a bargain.

:-D :-D :-D

I don't fancy it much, sorry Joy! :-0 :-D :-D

I'm not really big on mince pies either, but they are ok warmed.

JoyLouise

JoyLouise Report 12 Jan 2016 20:03

It is nice, Fly.

Give him one ;-) :-D Now, now, obviously I mean a butty :-D :-D :-D

For me, not being a big pastry eater (could go a month or more without tasting pastry), bread is much nicer; and you know I like a huge variety of butties. :-D

Jem, my Mum was the first one to make them for me and I still like them.

I rarely eat mince pies/tarts. I much prefer the Ecclefechan tarts. :-D
