Hello Radio Jem, hoping to join in the rugby tomorrow, I will have a little toddler here who may want to "help", it will be interesting to see how it goes lol.

I have been practicing : left right twirl, left right twirl, left right twirl, left right twirl
left right twirl, left right twirl, left right twirl, left right twirl

I WON'T be doing the 90 degree spin, the back flip or the splits....... I think I will
leave them to Shaun, he obviously is much fitter than I am! I will join Shaun in a
"little boogie here, and a little boogie there", sounds a much more gentle routine.

I hope our Head Cheerleader Pat has all the pom-poms washed and fluffed up?
Catch you and all rugby fans tomorrow afternoon.

Warren Gatland has chosen his men to face the Irish on Sunday

WALES ...... HERE IS YOUR TEAM!

Backs:
15. Gareth Anscombe
14. George North
13. Jonathan Davies
12. Jamie Roberts
11. Tom James
10. Dan Biggar
9. Gareth Davies

Forwards:
1. Rob Evans
2. Scott Baldwin
3. Samson Lee
4. Luke Charteris
5. Alun Wyn Jones
6. Sam Warburton (Captain)
7. Justin Tipuric
8. Taulupe Faletau.

Replacements:
16. Ken Owens
17. Gethin Jenkins,
18. Tomas Francis
19. Bradley Davies
20. Dan Lydiate
21. Lloyd Williams
22. Rhys Priestland
23. Alex Cuthbert.

An interesting choice!

SAM WARBURTON returns from injury as CAPTAIN.

There has been much debate going on about whether DAN LYDIATE or JUSTIN TIPURIC would get the number 7 shirt, with experts arguing each one's case. It has gone to Justin Tipuric this time, with Dan on the bench.

In fact, a lot of the big names like GETHIN JENKINS, and KEN OWENS are also on the bench, with ROB EVANS and SCOTT BALDWIN taking their respective positions.

Interestingly, LIAM WILLIAMS, who played his first game for the Scarlets last weekend following his foot injury at the World Cup, has not been placed on the bench as everyone expected.

Former Welsh Athlete, TOM JAMES, has been chosen for left wing, while GEORGE NORTH is playing at right wing and not ALEX CUTHBERT.

And it's GARETH ANSCOMBE that has taken the Full Back Position!
We wish Gareth well, but WE MISS OUR LITTLE LEIGH HALFPENNY!

It's also great to see the return of JONATHAN DAVIES who was another injured player. He will resume his formidable partnership with JAMIE ROBERTS at 12 and 13.

SO THAT'S OUR TEAM, WALES!

Alongside the Six Nations Championship runs a Six Nations Championship for our youngsters.

They are not always televised, but always interesting to see when they are.
I have enjoyed watching the up and coming talent of the future in past games.
Many of our national squads have youngsters that have come up through the ranks from the Under 20s squads.
