At a guess I should think it could be areas that are not described as seaboard, ie right on the coast. |

My niece lives in Tasmania.Is that coastal ? She would love to see 32 C. Thanks to neglecting a basic study of Oz geography before taking her contract hot sunny Christmas on the beach hasn't been quite according to plan. The end of last year was not much warmer than her native Cornwall where it was alleged to be winter. |
