That's good then, there is a new store in Bromborough now, went there with a friend it's quite big :-D :-D

I usually got to Aintree or St Helens...I have all the set of Beautiful Bird dining set(duck egg blue) apart from the mugs, they now have none in stock and cannot tell me when they are coming back into the store...grrrrrr....so found some on Click and Collect in Garston....chauffer will have to take me tomorrow :-D :-D :-D

Just opening the post and there is a letter from the bank saying they are closing our branch May 20th....I do most of my banking online, but paying in and cash withdrawal I use the bank.

The letter states all the alternative branches nearby, and the possibility for those who don't already use online banking...help will be given :-0 :-0 :-0 :-0

Do they not realise that some people have never even used a computer :-0 :-0 :-0
Or have a mobile to use an App :-0 :-0

There is also a paragraph that states you can pay cheques and cash into your account via the Post Office...bleedy hell will freeze over before I do that....What a bloody shambles....all the fat cats sitting in their offices getting fatter :-| :-| :-|

Totally agree Ann, unfortunately the thought of such things never come into consideration.....it is such a shame :-(

It's disgusting Mersey...we are the second largest town in the County, it's the less able I feel sorry for, people who don't drive etc...it just beggars belief. The thing is like myself people will be forced to go to the next town to bank so they will be spending their money there as well...not good at all :-0 :-0

Last September our local HSBC and Nationwide banks in town were closed, along with the Halifax which merged with the Halifax in the next town, this morning I found out they ere closing Barclays in May and whilst discussing this also found out they were closing Lloyds bank :-0 :-0

We will have no banking facilities in our town, it's disgusting :-0 :-0

Just got in and the helicopter's out overhead - hovering not far from us. :-0 It's a regular occurrence.

Ordered a new waterproof coat from M & S and it'll be in tomorrow. Hope it fits as I love the colour. :-D
