No transport, Sharron - and no launderette nearer than 2 bus journeys :-(
There's a duvet cover and brushed cotton sheet between me and the actual duvet :-D I just need the patch to dry!
I think he hadn't long done the deed when I found it - it was still warm :-S

I once awoke in a blood soaked bed. Desmond had decapitated a rat on the bed for me. He ate the head and left the rest for me.

If you can find and get to a launderette, their machines will take a king size duvet.

I want to paint my bedroom but first know I SHOULD clear out 'stuff', which would make the task easier.
I started yesterday, by clearing out my wardrobe, and an old wicker laundry basket that had, over the years become storage for wool etc :-0
Today was under the bed and vacuum the nooks & cranny day.

I had my breakfast this morning, and (quite late) enthusiastically went upstairs to start 'phase 2'.

The wind's died down, it's not raining, my cats have been out.......

I really didn't expect to find a huge spread of vomit on my bed :-|
Not just ANY vomit. I had bits of rat in it :-0

SOoooo, using half a kitchen roll, I cleared the vomit up and carefully stripped the bedding, only putting half in and on a VERY hot wash.
Then, with disinfectant, I cleaned the 'patch' on the duvet, and have hung it over a chair to dry. It's too big to fit in my washing machine :-(

I know which of the 3 it was, as he hasn't left me alone since!!

All my enthusiasm has gone, for some reason, as has the sun :-(
