The people that lived in our house had a dispute with two neighbours in 1895. Went to court twice and in between one of them moved out so it was decided not to prosecute the other. All houses were rented in them days.

Yes Gin, just smiling to myself the things we used to get up to.

When we left Germany...dad stayed in touch with his army pals and when we were about .5 and 7 one of his pals came home and brought us two of the most fantastic scooters...great big thick wheels...never seen anything like them. We decided to scoot down the biggest hill we could find...we zoomed down straight across the road and into the lake :-0 :-0 :-0

Not much history to our house - it was built in 1977, and we're only the second owners.

I do find old houses fascinating, though :-D
