Hi,

Has anyone else experienced the disappearance of extra information that they have added to their tree over a period of time. I have just renewed my membership, as I have been doing for the last 5 years. I haven't looked at my tree for a while but I have just been looking at it and I am sure that a lot of information that I added in last year has disappeared. It is very annoying as it took me a long time to add the information.

Has anyone else had the same experience and is there anyway of retrieving it.

It may still be there but in a different location? for instance have you checked 'Keepsafe' and also clicked on the two arrows which appear to the left of screen when looking at individuals? ( a sliding panel of extra info appears). Both are fairly new additions.

Otherwise contact [email protected]

A while ago, I noticed that lots of the marriage dates & places of marriage had disappeared. I've replaced them......... but I still go back and check when I add new information.
