I'm just preparing a write up on poor old Rhys Webb - The Wales Scrum Half (9) who was injured in the Warm Up Games and so out of the World Cup!

He played his first game for his club, The Ospreys last weekend. They were hoping to recall him for the next Wales game v France, but he had a bad head injury and had to go off pouring with blood after a clash of heads! :-0 :-0 :-0 :-( :-( :-(

I need to go on a diet again soon!

I've put on a good bit of weight, and want to lose it again before my little holiday!
