just had a message from GR informing me I have ten unread messages - absolute tosh - I have no unread messages and I always delete them when I've read them

Ann I have had 2 unread messages for months now.....I certainly have not got them
I have checked , double checked, treble checked and it still tells me I have 2 on top of the page

I have had 3 at the top of the page. I had two at the top for a couple of years, when I contacted genes they got rid of them but almost immediately it came up with 3. I don't have any unread.

I´ve had one on my message notification for over a year.
Only consolation is that if someone contacts me, it changes to 2 (or however many)

I have had two flashed up for about a month now . I haven't got any unread messages or any corresponding email contact from genes telling me someone has sent a message .

Strange tho if I do get a message sent it changes to 3 or 4 and then back to two when I read them

Another glitch in the system :-(

I had 2 unread showing for a couple of years, couldn't find them, and lived with the fact ........... knowing that it would change to 3 or 4 if any new messages did arrive.

Then someone told me about Unread Messages ..... and I found 2 unread messages from years ago. What had happened then was that someone had sent me 2 messages in quick succession, I had opened the latest one to arrive, knowing that one would also show the first one. But then I had forgotten to open the second one.


Go into Messages

At the left is a box headed Search Messages

Click on a white drop down box that says [All Messages]

Click on Unread Messages

[All Time]

Inbox & My Folders & Archives

Body

Click Search
