Seems to be a fix, change the last number to 1 and then it reverts to 0 next time... but it's still very slow and I will reserve judgement...no mention in the email to the Adv' search failure which I also asked about...am guessing that is one fault which will never be addressed ;-)

To tell you the truth, Kath, I didn't know what they meant by changing the number on the URL. I'm a bit of a computer dummy. I didn't change anything but have no problem accessing "My Threads" so I'm not complaining but wondering how long it's going to last.

I've just had an email from them too. I was told to change the number on the end of the URL address bar and I would be able to access my threads. This does work but I still get the error message page up and have to change the last number in the address bar every time in order to get to my threads. Seems a bit of a nuisance.

I have emailed them back and asked if this is what I'll have to do every time.

Just got an email from Genes saying that the problem with accessing "My Threads" has been resolved. By George, I think it has! I had no problem accessing it.
