Valuation Rolls are property details. I don't think people are included because the valuation of a property doesn't change if it is sold. |

According to the websites, the English/Welsh valuations are not published (they are part of the Inland Revenue setup - HMRC) whereas the Scottish ones are done by local councils and are available for public inspection. |
