What they have done with the recent update is to make a mess of the gallery (and lots of other things).

In the last week or two it has also been v slow.

Ancestry also said that they would drop support for FTM ... apparently in favour of Roots Magic but maybe somebody else knows better what their intentions are for offline. It is this and the problems of exporting GEDs whbich I think have given rise to the "no photo" rumours.

I prefer the Android app on a tablet to the browser version for reviewing trees it is much better. Displays photos too.

I was told today by a friend that AC will no longer be keeping photos on our trees. Has anyone had a message from them saying this.
