trouble renewing

my subs were due today,

(I thought it was setup for auto renew...)
however my card may have changed
have email reminding me but the link wont allow renewal at the old rate , or to change my card number.........any help would be welcome, or you will lose me for the next year............

There's so many 'old rates' they might be trying to harmonise yours.

Can't you get into your 'account' to change the card number? You might have to wait until your sub has expired. As long as you do it within a few days, it shouldn't make any difference to the fee they were planning on charging you.

This happened to me a couple of years ago. Support told me to use the link, which made me join as a new member!! :-( :-(

I got all the bumf about how to start my Family Tree etc. but they did only charge me the same reduced rate as before, so all ended well. :-)
