Perhaps you were anxious when you took it the first time? Just had a hot dink? There are so many 'may be' causes, its not worth fretting about. |

I took my blood pressure at lunch time as I haven't checked it in a while and got the fright of my life it was sky high at 141 over 101. I waited half an hour then took it again and this time it was 105 over 65. Still on the high side for me but back into a normal range so I can breathe easy again. My normal blood pressure is borderline low at 102 over 58 though it has been known to go as low as 90 over 56. |
