Hi, I have had to make some amendments in my tree for it to be printed. However, by doing this it has made a copy of one entry in my tree which I want to remove.

Can anyone help please?

Many Thanks

Wendi

If you click on that person three little boxes appear beneath them; saying "ADD", "EDIT" & "DELETE". ;-)

Do be careful, especially if two relatives listed in different branches married each other.

you might sometimes get a "Ghost" copy, where the tree program cant draw the correct connections.............

Hello all

Many thanks for replying.

The three boxes don't appear at the bottom. It just has a funny symbol and says it is a copy and is not connected to anything in the tree.

Many Thanks

Not sure if you were ever able to resolve this but I too have a copy of a relative who was divorced and remarried. It means that the tree splits at that point.

Is this intentional, does anyone know? Or an error?

It is intentional. The intention is to avoid too many crossing lines on the tree. There is only one set of data stored.
