	Barry ........ I was the same as you, except mine went up from £7:96 to £8.96 in 2014 ............. with a 10% loyalty bonus in both 2014 and 2015. and I joined in April 2004

	I made a mistake earlier. It was actually £8.96p that I paid to renew last time! So now I'm with Barry - why the difference? I always knew there were different amounts but thought that all those who been members almost from the beginning of the site (when it was GenesReconnected, which I thought was a more appropriate name) were on the same low subscription. 	I paid £8 96 at my last renewal for my usual 12 months membership, & was told that it included a loyalty 10% off !! I have been a member a long time too since it started really May 2003 - very strange

	Researching: Matthew and Jane Elwood who had my great great grandfather Francis Edward Elwood baptised in 1807 at Horsham Sussex. There is no sign of Matthew or Jane from this date and my great great grandfather was brought up as Francis Edward Elwood MITCHELL

	yep ................. it's still the grandfathered clause for the long time members who had never had a break, even to upgrade to a higher sub level. Joan ......... I think I paid the same as you last September. It's still a good deal!

	That's what I paid Ann. I think it's because we've been around for a long time and renewed every year without any breaks. Kath. x :-)

	Same as the past two years, before that it was £7.50ish, can't remember quite. But yes I appreciate it. :-)
