	I have not had a reminder. The reason I am annoyed is that a similar problem happened last year and I ended up paying extra. Thanks for the tip about auto renew.

	Keep trying? It is probably a glitch. or - do you have 'auto renew' on? in which case they will just take your sub. Have you had a reminder email?

	My sub. runs out on the 20th but when I click renew I get ERROR!
