Thinking of you and sending you my good wishes. They can never be replaced can they <3. We lost our lovely old lady cat Fuzzy just over a year ago at 18 and we still miss her so much even though there are 3 others living here.

Sharron I still have Mini who at 15yrs old is defying the vets Mini was my 1st dog in Spain 12yrs ago . Taking on an 8yr old is peanuts at the moment.

I love dogs but don't think we could give one the life it deserves.

Whatever pet you have, you need to get yourself geared up to and we have just got into a cat type lifestyle, total subservience!

Mond, who had been a stray, was so besotted with me that I always said there was a six legged creature in our house called a meandmond.

At the moment it is quite refreshing to not have a sick or old animal to look after, but that won't last any more than it has for you.

Good luck with the new fluffbucket.

Sharron I hope it all works out well,
As you once said cats and dogs are different and yes my Minx was a mummy´s babe, she suffered with not only epilepsy but separation anxiety due to being dumped so young.
Thank you for your sympathy over Minx and your congrats about Pip. both are appreciated

Oh Jackie. I lost my Mond on the longest day last year.

That black cat we were trying to entice in turned out to belong to the man across the road. He had her and her kitten neutered, which was a first for him, not before she was pregnant again.

She was run over and he doesn't know what happened to the kitten and he can't even remember the other abby that was coming in with them.

Well, one of the tabbies has started coming in my back door again so I am putting biscuits down to entice the one who has turned up to come in and get comfortable.with us.

We are calling him Arnold but still not sure if he will live here one day soon.

I was sat with my Minx knowing that my furbabies hours were limited. I was correct at 10.10am 24th June 2015 I said my final goodbyes.

I miss that furbaby and I still cry for her.

last week I took a new oldie onboard from the shelter that I volunteer at and on the 22nd we officially adopted an 8yr old shelter dog.

She will never take the place of my Minx , nor was she adopted for that reason.

Today the 24th June at 10.10 am I will have a silent moment for Minx my beloved furbaby, the rest of the day may be in tears for her, my beautiful epileptic baby who was taken too soon from me.
