Had a £1 access to BNA.
Unticked the Auto-renew.
Got charged end of May for another month.
Emailed BNA.
Sorry, you can have further 2 months free access.
Fine..................but I have to buy credits to see anything.

Email today.........been charged again !!!!
After them saying 2 months free access.

Post on FB BNA and another email.
