Also, there is a reason why Hershey's tastes vile - it contains butyric acid, which is present in......vomit :-S

it's a local chocolatier, been around since 1907, started in Vancouver BC but now have stores as far east as Toronto and yes ........... they mail overseas.

Thanks for the link Sylvia. I've got another cousin who lives in Canada, and she might be coming over to the UK this autumn. Think I'll ask her to bring some Purdys over so I can try it.
