Hello all,
How long does it normally take to import a gedcom, about 200 people on it.

Thanks

Anne

Although it should only take a little while, others have been reporting problems.
If it hasn't resolved itself by the morning, email Support and ask them to sort it out.

It is stuck with the message:-

'Your tree is currently being processed. Please wait until your tree returns to the ready state before importing another GEDCOM file'

From previous experience this probably means that gedcom processor isn't running. It has happened on other occasions in the past, usually when there has been a upgrade to the site, and someone has omitted to turn it back on.
