Yes we've been here over 10 yrs now.

If your pillow becomes hot an iceblock in the pillow slip covered by plastic bag and a tea towel to mop up condensation

Hello evryone,

don't find it difficult. Tip for clothes - cotton and linen keep you cool.

To sleep we put the air conditioning on for 30 mins to cool the room , I know you can't do that so use fans across the bed. I shower just before going to bed with luke warm water so I'm cool when I get into bed. I quickly fall asleep then.
