hello, i am having trouble finding my grandfather in genes reunited records, i have his full name and date of birth but it shows no records when i put australia :-(

That's because there aren't any Australian records on Genes.

You can search trees to see if anyone else has him in their tree, or post on the 'Find Ancestors' board , giving details and someone with access to Australian records on other sites can look for you ( and/or advise you where to look).
