If more people did 'do that round here' surely it would send the message that wrong-doers had better clear off?
Is there a neighbourhood watch scheme that like-minded people could get behind? It only needs a few people to start the ball rolling.

Last night I was watching one of those police programmes where they were raiding the homes of drug dealers and it occurred to me that another good reason to not take drugs is that, at some point before it enters your body, it has probably been up somebody elses bum.
