Member Since: March 2008 Posts: 1 Send Message	I have been offered a 50% discount to rejoin. However I have been charged the FULL amount from my previous credit card. It appears impossible to get a reply to my Emails. Should I contact the police??

	What email address have you been sending messages to? The main one is [email protected]. They aim to reply within 3 working days. If they haven't arranged a refund within the next 4 days, you could post on their Facebook page, and also Findmypast's FB page which seems to get more attention. The 50% off is unlikely to be a scam. The system possibly didn't recognise any code you were suppose to you enter.

	Is it possible that you did not untick the auto renew on your account? therefore the full amount has been taken from your credit card... When did you email? they take a while to get round to answering. [email protected] if that fails to get a reply try [email protected]
