Australian planes can be an interesting experience.

In the early days of still allowing smoking on planes but separating smokers from non-smokers ......... a plane we took had all the smokers seated down one side and all the non-smokers seated down the other side

As there were more smokers than non-smokers, the pilot had a hard job keeping the plane level in flight

Finally located it, I prefer to travel inside planes, although some of the smaller Australian planes do have an outside toilet!
